Our Wedding

Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party Transportation:

*ALL BUSES WILL DEPART FROM CHARLESTON HARBOR RESORT (BEACHCLUB SIDE)*Friday, September, 18th:If you are coming to the rehearsal dinner (invitation-only), buses will arrive at the hotel at 5:30pm.Bus will depart from the hotel to Sunsets Creekside Bar at 5:50pm.Welcome Party:Bus will depart hotel at 7:40pm to go to Sunsets Creekside Bar

WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION:

Bus will depart from Charleston Harbor Beachclub at 4:15pm to go to wedding venue.If you miss the bus, you may uber or drive! Please be sure to arrive to the ceremony BEFORE 5pm.The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm

There is a parking lot at the wedding venue and you MAY leave your vehicle over night if you choose to drive to the venue

Transportation

After August 19th the link to book will no longer give you the discount however, if you call the hotel and let them know you are with the Gallman/Hutchins wedding, they will be sure you still get the discounted rate! The booking link for each are located above. The discounted rate is for Friday and Saturday night. If you wish to stay additional nights you will need to call and have those nights manually added by the Reservations Desk.

Taylor and Quintin are Class of 2020 graduates. Quintin from The Citadel and Taylor from the University of South Carolina. They share a love for South Carolina and especially Charleston, making it the perfect place to say I do! Taylor and Quintin’s story kicked off in 2021 in Charlotte, North Carolina when their friends LeeAnn and Charlie Evans (you will see them both in the wedding party!) played matchmaker and set them up. Their first date was at Charlotte Beer Garden and to this day, one of their favorite rituals remains a dinner date. Whether it's a home-cooked meal or trying out a new restaurant together. They can’t wait to celebrate with you in Charleston in September 2026!
